After much encouragement from friends, I decided to finally start my own blog. It was a very logical thing for me to do because I love food and I love writing.
As a culinary student at George Brown Chef School in Toronto, I am constantly surrounded by food. At home, I use any excuse possible to bake or cook something new — nothing makes me happier than testing out a new recipe.
I recognize that because I am still learning many new techniques and skills, my recipes aren’t quite what they should be. I would appreciate any constructive feedback you can provide me on recipes I post — don’t be afraid to share your food wisdom!
